A week of meal planning: example

I've been talking a lot about my passion for meal planning and all it solves lately to quite a number of people so I thought I'd show you guys an example. Here's what we're eating this week...

L: Turkey Mozzarella Panini with Pesto on Foccacia
D: Herbed Baked Chicken Nuggets and Gluten-free Adult Macaroni and Cheese with steamed broccoli.

L: Teriyaki Chicken Breast with leftover rice and vegetables (from Sunday)
D: Citrus Rosemary Whole Free Range Roast Chicken and Lemon Orzo Primavera with steamed green beans

L: Leftover Lemon Orzo Primavera
D: Slow Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup with Vegetables and Black Beans (Using leftover chicken from last night)

L: Leftover Tortilla Soup
D: Ground Chicken Thai Lettuce Wraps with rice and steamed vegetables

L: Leftover Tortilla Soup/Free for all (Meaning whatever we have on hand or in freezer)
D: Leftovers/Free for all

L: Leftover Thai Lettuce Wraps
D: Poached Egg atop Chard and White Bean Stew with toasted bread

For breakfasts this week we made a batch of Banana Blueberry Muffins today (recipe and photos coming soon), we also have homemade granola with yogurt and fruit on hand.
